Slow down? Bust? By the numbers....
The growth has been spectacular and Miami will never be the same. Can the infrastructure keep up with the high volume of new units, new people, and new vehicles on the already congested roads? Likely not, but one thing is for certain, as long as the money keeps flowing in, few city leaders are going to care.
